The Farm Foodies

We celebrate the extraordinary food that is available locally in the Causeway Coast and Glens – because we know it, grow it and produce it ourselves. Currently we are two enterprising women entrepreneurs living on local farms in County Antrim – Ballykenver Farmshop & Kitchen and The Lamb Van. We both share a deep understanding of what makes food from this part of the world so very special, and why everyone should share in it !

Slow Food Movement

The Farm Foodies are members of Slow Food Causeway, coordinated by Taste Causeway which is an accredited member of Slow Food UK, part of a global grassroots organisation that is committed to making good, clean and fair food.  It’s a sign of genuinely sustainable food that is unique to the area, that doesn’t harm the environment in its growth or production, and that is for and available to everyone.
